Resolved Question: Anyone know chiropractic language?

I have a severely reversed cervical curve, I know what that is and means, but whats the rest of this stuff? anterior weight bearing? thats part of the neck thing, it says its causing my headaches and other stuff. then it says “lower lumbar degenerative changes” whats that? then “thoracolumbar multiple subluxations” what is that??? and then finally it says, “spinal joint hypomobilities and loss of ranges of motion of the cervicothoracic and lumbosacral region along all planes of movement.” I’m so confused. help me please.
