Open Question: why dont woman want to go into menopause?

i dont get it. not getting your periode sounds like a dream come true to me.
i was waching this tv show and a 40 year old woman had to get her overys removed so she went into early menopause and she was upset. she alredy had kids and she wasnt planning on haveing more so…whats the big deal?
again, not getting your periode sounds like a beautiful thing
