Open Question: traditional medicinals herbal stimilant laxative does this really work?

so yesterday i bought that tea at cvs and in the morning i pooped but now im constipated again so does this thing really work because im about to go to sleep so im gonna drink it because thats what it says on the box so is this any good uve been constipated for 2 days now
