Has anyone read alan carrs book on how to stop smoking?
And have you being succesful or any other tips for stop smoking .
i smoke about 30 a day at moment but drink everyday too and then i want to smoke more with alcohol
I need to stop smoking.I have tried most other remedies so now i might try Chinese medicine.
he smokes it every godamned day…he wouldnt stop! he told me he would quit but he cant obviously! how do i have him quit it?
i tried it once long time ago…i think i oversmoked it so badly i thought my heart would jump outta my body…it was PAINFUL!!! i couldnt breathe…it hurt like hell…i thought i was going to die…threw up everything i had inside of me and had scary runs…my vision turned so blurry i started hallucinating…
i know firsthand how nasty and awful it is…i will never do something like this to me…i got my whole life ahead…but my friend doesnt care…he is very irrational…help!
HI I’m 23 yrs old and i have just found out i might have throat cancer. i have only been smoking for 2 yrs i have always been the one to tell people they stink and that it causes cancer i had allot of stress at the time i stared and i just couldn’t stop. but i have 3 beautiful girls i gotta think about and i want to quit dr says i gotta go back in three weeks for a biopsy and he wants me to quit now so please help me to stop what can i use for when I’m stressed especially now with all that’s going on whats so good things that help stop thanks ???????

I would like to hear your experience with DXM and I will share a partial amount of mine.
I took half a bottle of syrup containing only DXM. (Intense for such a little amount)
Around half an hour later It just hits me and I just feel weightless, like It feels like I could do ten thousand push ups without stopping. I didn’t get as angry at things that pissed me off and I just felt really good. Minutes felt like hours. I knew what I was doing but it was really weird, I went into the kitchen to pour some juice and called my friend along to pour some with me, he brought the juice out and handed it to me and I poured all of the juice in my cup and he just laughed. I said “Oh, you wanted some?” and then I laughed. Then I walked back to my room but I don’t remember walking to my room and it just freaked me out, I kept saying “what the hell” to myself. It was like I was teleporting from one place to another.
There is a lot more to share and some amazing stuff I’ve experienced but it’s a little too long to type. I want you guys to know I do not do drugs, never smoked marijuana either so this is basically the first drug I’ve ever done, if you want to even consider it a drug since its a Cough Suppressant. (I suppose I do)
Here are some of the bad things I’ve experienced, hopefully I’ll scare some of you who haven’t done it not to do it.
These effects are from before and after the “trip”.
- Diarrhea (During, wasn’t that bad)
- Dizziness (During, occasionally)
- Headache (During and After)
- Stuffy Nose (After)
To be honest only the Headache after the “trip” was terrible.
I would say if you really want to try it I respect that and I think you should if you really want to, you must read up on it though.

my husband was a huge pot head when we got together
but i have broke im from that. his dad still smokes and i recently found it odd that my husband is being asked by his dad to buy him cold / allergie meds from walgreens about 2 times a month… the man isnt even sick when we take them to him. we were over there the other day and his friend stopped in to drop off some more meds! but we had just got him some less than a week ago. i dug a little deeper and found out from a friend of the family that my father n law was hard into meth.
what he does with his life doesnt concern me. but what does is that him and my husband have went back into the bed room and closed the door a few times. when i ask by hubby about it he tells me his dad needed to talk to him about something.
im worried… should i be? whats your opinion of whats going on?
i will be there to help my hubby no matter what but i need to know. when i asked him if hed ever tried or done meth he swore he hadent, but i just found out other wise from someone else?
i just want the truth…

yes his father is always talking super fast and loud
and his hair is always greasy? there are 3kids living in that house.. his grandkids. i have gotting on them before b/c we will walk into the house and they will be smoking pot right infront of the kids, my hubby and i will always take the children outside… i definatly feel like its up to me to do sometihng for my hubby and those beautiful children. this is soo stressful.
