My sister has a problem ovulating as she is gong into peri menopause early. Have you heard of any foods, teas, home remedies to get you ovulating? Anything to regulate hormones? Stupid answers will be reported, and guaranteed 10 points within 2 days of answering.
my last intercourse was April 12 my husband is away.
i skipped a month than had a period than nothing.
i don’t thing i’m pregs cause i had a blood check up this month for cholesterol so wouldn’t it had showed up.
i don’t remember the first day of my last period so i was thinking maybe i was going through early menopause.

these? I don’t want to go on HRT as I want to finish my periods not prolong them. But the flushes are getting more frequent lately [I’ve been having them for a year now]. Also, I’ve started to notice facial hair [not a lot], very fine hair but hair! Is this normal too?
My mother is in 50’s and is going through menopause. She bought Tony Little Rock ‘n Roll Stepper in January 2008. After some break from using Rock ‘n Roll Stepper, she resumed the exercise a few weeks ago.
Aside from some menopausal symptoms, she is otherwise very healthy. No heart problems, no high blood pressure, nothing.
When she first used it in January, there was no problem at all.
But a problem started two days ago when she resumed her exercise. I got a little scared when she called me after her exercise and told me that she could not remember anything she had done earlier that day. She could not even remember she had a part-time job and the location of her office.
She was confused for about 30-60 minutes until she felt normal. It seems only her short term memory was affected, although I do not know why she could not remember her work.
She did not feel dizzy or anything, she said.
I advised her to go see a doctor, but I wonder what is causing this. Was this caused by the motion of the exercise? Lack of oxygen to her brain? Or she got too hot?
Anyone with similar experience, I would like to hear from you.

When I quit smoking a year and 1/2 ago, I turned to celery to eat so I wouldn’t snack on junk all day. To this day I still eat like a whole stalk of it a day. I mean the whole package, not one piece. I started a good exercise program about a month and 1/2 ago and I still can’t lose weight. I am wondering if I am eating too much celery? I am not overweight at all, just want to loose like 10 pounds I gained from menopause and quitting smoking. Thank you. This is my first post but I read this forum a lot.
I am a 42 year old married mom of a 17 year old and 15 year old. My husband got a vasectomy 14 years ago. My periods have always been very regular until I missed my period entirely this month. I have no other pregnancy symptoms, but my husband and I were sexually active during the time I could have gotten pregnant. So, are the odds better that I have started menopause or I am pregnant?
I really don’t want another baby, because we are really looking forward to both kids being out of the house. I would have it, of course, and it would be my husbands, but has anyone ever heard of a vasectomy reversing after that long?
