I’ve just started working out and taking alot better care of myself for the past 3 months straight. I work out 6 days a week and alternate between cardio and strength training every other day. Ive been getting results, but I just recently wanted to give myself an extra boost. My husband is in the Navy, so he suggested that I go pick up some Lipo 6 by Nutrex Research. I just got a physical 2 weeks ago and my doctor said that everything was unremarkable. But I checked my stats today on the machine at the gym and it said my blood pressure was 141, which is Stage 1 Hypertension. I dont know if maybe it was just the machine, or if I should be concerned about taking this Lipo 6. I’ve noticed an increase in energy mostly and it suppresses my appetite pretty good. But I dont know if I should continue taking it if its going to affect my blood pressure. So I guess the question here is if anyone has taken it before and noticed the same thing? And if I should be concerned? Should this product alter my healthy blood pressure this dramatically?

This question is in regards to high blood pressure. In the June 16, 2008 issue of Woman’s World they had a article on page 15 regarding high blood pressure and diabetes. They mention hibiscus tea helps high blood pressure.
