I need something natural and healthy as well as safe,something that doesn’t contain ginger (makes me jittery,and sick to my stomach).I’m genrerally very emotionally reactive and lately I’ve been encountering more and more stress and tension than usual.Thanks!
First of all, I have no medical insurance and cannot afford to go to a doctor…I am a 25yr old female that is very stressed-work full time and getting my MS full time. Three days ago I felt nauseus and was pale, two days ago I could barely speak and had a slight sore throat, yesterday I felt better but then my sore throat got worse. Today, I looked in the mirror and noticed large white spots on one side (to the right of my uvula) at the back of my throat. What should I do to treat this, my throat really hurts!!
How can I relive stress I am really stressed because me and my dad had a fight and it wasn’t me and this happens so much I need to know how to relieve all of this stress

I have found a B Complex vitamin to calm my nerves, and lessen my stress level… I was wondering if it works the same for men.
i’ve quite stressed lateley and i find it hard to get to sleep does any one know any methods or if you can get sleeping pills over the counter.
P.S i’ve tryed St Johns wort and diddn’t find it use full and i always drink herbal slppeing tea before bed time.

I have been asked to take a test called biomeredian stress test I am still trying to figure out if I want to pay for this. I found in my research that it is FDA approved class 2 and I have no idea what that means. I was ordered this test by my doctor who is a licensed doctor!
I know that emotional stress cause our body to store fat in belly and gain weight.
Besides exercise, doing yoga, meditation or quit the stressful job ( I wish I could), Is there a natural remedy / natural suppliment that can melt this type of fat?

I seem to remember that it meant something like a vitamin deficiency or something. I’m not pregnant (VERY sure) and I see a dentist twice a year. Any ideas? I have been a bit stressed out, but nothing Horrible. What might I try to get rid of this? It tastes awful!
